I think I would enjoy toast bread and half boiled eggs for lunch but will end up getting hungry again two hours later….hahaha…
It is very liberating staying in Malaysia when it comes to food. What I really like about is the fact that there is no clear definition of the type of food we can have for the three meals of the day. You can literally have any food at any time.
A good example is nasi lemak. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper. And that’s what I did.
I took pizza for breakfast, or rather, a late breakfast.

Then, I had salmon during tea break.

And nasi lemak for dinner.

If you think I’m crazy, think again. My friend, Pofi had half boiled eggs and toast bread for lunch today and no one, absolutely no one thinks that is crazy.

Someone said, if you want something different, you have to do something different. Why not start with something as simple as food?
Wisdom through changing the way we eat?
Well, why not?

Actually, the heaviest meal should be breakfast, a lighter lunch, and the lightest dinner. Instead we are opposite of that health recommendation. |
