Whoa, really big change here. My last visit here was 10 years ago. Me..a Malaysian???shy..lah! Must go visit one of these days.
There are two things that every tourist shared in their must-do list:-
1.Take pictures
2. Buy souvenirs
Recently, I went to the Central Market, Kuala Lumpur to do some shopping. My intention is to get some souvenirs to take with me for some friends in Australia.

It has been a while since I last visited Central Market and since there was not much publicity about this place recently, i wasn’t expecting a lot. But whoa lah, I soon discovered my decision to visit Central Market was a right one.
As all Malaysians would know, this is the landmark for Malaysian Culture and Heritage displaying a variety of Malaysian Arts and Handicrafts, antiques, batek and etc. – the best place to shop for any tourist that visits Malaysia.

Being a tourist spot, the price was surprisingly reasonably tagged and some shops even allow some bargains if purchased more than one item.

And I really enjoy the art shops.

For those who want to make their own batek painting, this is the place to go. And to get yourself in touch with your creative muscles, the price is absolutely worth it.

I was certainly not disappointed with my visit and managed to get all I need in less than 2 hours. For those thinking of getting any souvenir that represent Malaysia, this is the best place to go. Thumbs up!
