Some of the job seekers we know have been unemployed for a while and are really desperate for a job. They had applied to all the jobs matched to them by Allyhunt but unfortunately, the status of the applications are either Unprocessed or KIV, and sometimes Rejected too. You who are reading this may be one of them.
The condition of being “unemployed” can be very upsetting and even depressing, and Allyhunt wants to assist you as much as possible to get out of this condition.
There are also non-Malaysians trying to get into the Malaysian job market through google search on keywords such as Job Malaysia or Jobs in Malaysia but find that most employers in Malaysia including those that advertised on most online job portals are not interested in hiring non-Malaysians.
We may not have all the answers but our goal or desire is clear: We passionately and sincerely desire to see every job seeker in Allyhunt gets hired here. For your information, the Allyhunt team has taken the liberty to even contact those employers that delayed in processing their applications.
On the other side of the coin, there are some employers in Allyhunt that are desperately in need of staff and we have receive comments that they wish the job seekers have their full details displayed when they use the resume access module or the DIY head-hunting service.
So to all the job seekers that would like to see themselves receiving calls immediately for an interview, please consider displaying your profile in full. Put as much pertinent information as possible in your profile especially related to your skills and achievements.
The following print screens are to guide the job seekers on how to display your profile in full.
After you have login, go to My Profile. Click on “Skills” and update this page as much possible.
Next, go to “Options” and select “No” in “Hide Identity?” to indicate your preference for your profile to be displayed in full. Your contact details, i.e., email address and phone numbers will then be displayed accordingly.
How can your profile be searchable?
It is through a skills search by employers when they conduct a search in the resume access module.
As you can see, if your “skills” page is complete with the right keywords, the chances of your profile appearing from the search results would be higher.
So, good luck people! Now, your dream job may just be a phone call away!
