Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning
• Recruitment and Retention
• Maintain and upkeep the HR System
• Continuous Improvement in Human Resource
• Assist in the Project Incentive Scheme Exercise
• Conduct Orientation & Induction Programme for new staff Propose schedule for the Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines
• Min 3 years experience preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Able to interact with all levels of staff and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, mature, resourceful and independent
