To assist in strategizing, formulate and implement sales, marketing & promotional plans for all products in the company.
To assist in developing and implement the complete marketing strategy for the company’s products.
Perform market trends and demands for each product type
Conduct pricing and competitor study: product features, marketing strategies
To assist in strategizing the launch of new products, improve on existing products performance to ensure a more profitable product line, marginal contribution and the products P&L.
Perform brand images/positioning studies, usage studies, pricing analysis, direct marketing and promotional opportunities.
Analyze after sales results to strategize new marketing ideas
Report to the Head of Communications and ultimately to the Group CEO
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication / Public Relations or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in Product Development / Product Management / Brand
Possess a track record of good organizational, communication and analytical skills
Must have exposure in events management, advertising, media release or
branding
Time & cost conscious, articulate, meticulous, confident and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Pleasant disposition with good inter-personal skills
