Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction to Nutrition and Wellness Team in development and implementation of brand programmes to achieve business objectives outlined in the Annual Operating Plans/ Brand Plans.
Lead and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of brand strategy and brand plan to ensure brand objectives are met and support the overall company objectives.
Manage development of success measures, performance monitoring process and making recommendations to correct performance shortfall where necessary.
Lead, manage and support the Team (Marketer and Trainers) in implementation and execution strategies.
Build the brand equity through consistent messaging and brand imagery in all communication channels.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years working experience in marketing or related field.
Preferably has some experience in portfolio management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree , Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Superior business judgement and analysis skills.
Good management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Proven track record of measurable results in driving and achieving growth in revenue and market share.
Strong team player with excellent track record of collaboration.
Understands the financial impact of marketing including Return on Market Investment (ROMI)
