Our Client is a leading diversified manufacturer that supplies paints, coatings, optical products, specialty materials, chemicals, glass and fibre glass around the world.

The client requires a candidate who is very experienced, independent with good EQ for this position as this position needs to deal with suppliers, and the operation workers for their uniforms order, the employees for the stationary orders as well as performing other admin functions.

Responsibilities

  • To support the administrative works for the plant.
  • Manage full spectrum of Admin functions.
  • Administratively handling all office needs ie office supplies and liaising with suppliers
  • Provide admin support and coordination work for inter department.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the administrative elements of the office & plant including dealing with deliveries, etc.
  • Support operation department to ensure smooth running of daily operation
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration duties
  • To ensure proper documentation arrangement, correspondences, report, filing and records are consistent with
  • office guidelines and procedures
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to office administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports, general filing and administration tasks.
  • Plan and deliver the department key goals.
  • Any other administration works and other ad-hoc assignments requested by the management.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Conversant in English and Malay, written and spoken.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Administrative roles.
  • Possess positive working attitude, able to coordinate and work as a team & work independently, and able to work
  • in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Hardworking, patient & able to handle multi task
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, Accurate, Systematic & Organized
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably candidate who has worked in Manufacturing co. / FMCG / MNC / Japanese
