Responsibilities

• Issuing invoices, PO and payment vouchers and cheques.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry.
• Assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/year end closing and management reporting purposes.
• Provide clerical support to the Finance & Administration Department.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor in Accounting or related qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be PC literate. Preference will be given to those who with accounting software knowledge.
• Able to handle partial or full sets of Accounts will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical with an eye for details, neat and must do filing.
• A self-motivated team player.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
